Hosting and server logs

This static website is delivered through Vercel and Cloudflare. When a page is requested, these providers process technical information needed to deliver and secure it, which can include an IP address, request time, requested resource, response status, referrer when supplied, and browser information.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interests are reliable delivery, abuse prevention, and infrastructure security. Log data is retained only according to the providers' applicable account settings and operational security requirements, then deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required. The providers may process data outside the EEA under the safeguards stated in their data-processing terms.

Cloudflare additionally sends Network Error Logging (NEL) and the associated reporting headers. Supporting browsers may send technical reports about failed or degraded network requests to Cloudflare so that connection problems can be investigated. Such reports can contain the requested URL, referrer, protocol, response status, error phase and error type, and coarse network or location characteristics derived during processing.

Language preference

Choosing a language stores that preference in the visitor's browser. It is used only to retain the requested language and is not used for tracking. The function is provided under Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG.

Fonts and icons

The fonts, interface icons, and language flags used by the portfolio are served directly from this website. Loading them does not require the visitor's browser to connect to any third-party asset provider, and no IP address is transferred to such a provider.

Email contact

This website has no contact form. Information sent by email is processed to answer the inquiry under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR or, for pre-contractual communication, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Messages are deleted after the inquiry is resolved unless a legal retention obligation applies.

No tracking

The website uses no analytics, advertising, profiling, embedded third-party media, or non-essential cookies. All pages, styles, scripts, fonts, icons, images, and audio are served from this website's own domain, so visiting it causes no request to a third-party server and no transfer of visitor data to one. This website does not track visitors.

Your rights

Depending on the applicable conditions, data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
